Bakalářská práce se zabývá vysvětlením procesu exekučního řízení, konkrétně srážkami ze mzdy a přikázáním pohledávky z účtu. Definuje práva a povinnosti všech subjektů a přesný postup řízení. Dále se podrobně zabývá výpočtem srážek ze mzdy a jiných příjmů. The bachelor's thesis deals with the explanation of the execution process, specifically deduction from wages and claiming a receivable from an account. It defines rights and obligations of all entities and the exact method of procedure. It also deals in detail with the calculation of deductions from wages and other income.
