Investigation of viscoelastic behavior of PTFE/LLDPE blends
Abstract:
This work deals with the investigation of viscoelastic behavior of LLDPE/PTFE blends with specific attention to extrudate swell phenomenon. It has been found that an addition of PTFE into LLDPE matrix increases Newtonian viscosity, shear elasticity and extensional viscosity of the melt which increases the extrudate swell during extrusion of these blends. Tato práce se zabývá výzkumem viskoelastického chování LLDPE/PTFE blendů s ohledem na problematiku narůstání za hubicí. Bylo zjištěno, že přídavek PTFE do matrice LLDPE zvyšuje Newtonskou viskozitu, smykovou elasticitu a tahovou viskozitu taveniny což způsobuje vyšší stupeň narůstání za hubicí při vytlačování těchto směsí.
