Project to Improve the Efficiency of the Production Process in IVEP, a.s.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení výrobního procesu ve společnosti IVEP, a.s. V teoretické části práce je zpracována literární rešerše z oblasti výrobních procesů a projektového managementu. První část praktické části je věnována důkladné analýze současného stavu pracovního prostředí s cílem identifikace nedostatků a oblastí potenciálních vylepšení. Na základě výsledku analýzy je vypracován projekt zlepšení, který zahrnuje přesunutí pracoviště a implementaci metody 5S. Výsledkem práce je zlepšený proces montáže s novým pracovištěm, který přináší snížení plýtvání. Tento projekt je následně vyhodnocen z pohledu finančních a nefinančních ukazatelů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the improving of the production process in the company IVEP, a.s. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a literature search in the field of production processes is prepared and project management. The first part of the practical part is devoted to a thorough analysis of the current state of the working environment in order to identify shortcomings and areas of potential improvement. Based on the result of the analysis, a project is developed improvement project, which includes the relocation of the workplace and the implementation of the 5S method. As a result of the work, the assembly process is improved with the new workstation resulting in reduced waste. This project is then evaluated in terms of financial and non-financial indicators.
