Diplomová práce se zabývá multikulturními kompetencemi studentů pomáhajících profesí. První část se věnuje teoretickému pohledu na problematiku kompetencí obecně, jejich definice, strukturu, členění a zaměření na kompetence pracovníka pomáhajících profesí.
