Managerial negotiations in the musical arts
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Manažerské vyjednávání v oblasti hudebního umění“ pojednává o individuálním manažerském vyjednávání. V teoretické části popisuje jeho fáze, styly a strategie. Dále ve své praktické části porovnává a vysvětluje způsoby vyjednávání v kulturních institucích v artificiální a nonartificiální hudební oblasti. Specifikuje také prvky ve vyjednávání v oblasti hudebního umění.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis „ Managerial negotiations in the musical arts” deals with individual managerial negotiations. The theoretical part describes its phases, styles and strategies. Furthermore, in its practical part compares and explains how to negotiate in cultural institutions in artificial and non-artificial music. It also specifies the elements in the negotiations in the musical arts.
