Post-intensive Care Syndrome

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Syndrom post – intenzivní péče se zabývá problematikou spojenou s rozvojem Syndromu – post intenzivní péče u pacientů s kritickým onemocněním hospitalizovaných na jednotce intenzivní péče. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní části, na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělená na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá Syndromem post-intenzivní péče jsou zde popsány jeho specifika, epidemiologie, rizikové faktory, klinické projevy, diagnostika, léčba a prevence. V první kapitole je popsán také Syndrom post – intenzivní péče u rodinných příslušníku. Druhá kapitola popisuje péči o pacienta na jednotce intenzivní péče. V teoretické části je dpopsána výživa pacientů na jednotce intenzivní péče a bazální stimulace. Praktická část je zaměřená na případovou studii (kazuistiku) pacienta hospitalizovaného na jednotce intenzivní péče u kterého byla orgánová podpora a byl ve vážném života ohrožujícím stavu. U pacienta během hospitalizace na jednotce intenzivní péče, byl diagnostikován Syndrom – post intenzivní péče a později byl jeho manželce diagnostikován Syndrom post – intenzivní péče u rodiiných příslušníku. Pro tvorbu teoretické části byly stanoveny dva cíle, dva cíle byly splněny. Pro tvorbu praktické části byly stanoveny čtyři cíle, čtyři cíle byly také splněny. Bakalářská práce je určena pro studenty zdravotnických oborů, praktické sestry, všeobecné sestry a zdravotnické záchranáře.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on Post - Intensive Care Syndrome deals with issues related to the development of Post - Intensive Care Syndrome in critically ill patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with Post-intensive care syndrome and describes its specifics, epidemiology, risk factors, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Post-intensive care syndrome in family members is also described in the first chapter. The second chapter describes the care of the patient in the intensive care unit. In the theoretical part, nutrition of patients in the intensive care unit and basal stimulation are described. The practical part focuses on a case study of a patient admitted to the intensive care unit on organ support and in a serious life-threatening condition. During the patient's hospitalization in the intensive care unit, he was diagnosed with Post - Intensive Care Syndrome and later his wife was diagnosed with Post - Intensive Care Syndrome Family. Two objectives were set for the development of the theoretical part, two objectives were met. Four objectives were set for the development of the practical part, four objectives were also met. The bachelor's thesis is intended for medical students, practical nurses, general nurses and paramedics.
