Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat možné příčiny a dopady stresu na vybraném pracovišti, posoudit stávající stav, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení. V teoretické části je popsáno působení stresu na člověka, akutní a chronické příznaky stresu, pozitivní a negativní stres, stres v pracovním prostředí, stresory, prevence stresu a metody ke snížení/zvýšení úrovně stresové hladiny. Praktická část zjišťuje úroveň stresové hladiny pracovníků a stresory působící na zaměstnance v dané organizaci a zkoumá dopady stresu na pracovní a osobní životy zaměstnanců. Dle těchto dat posuzuje aktuální stav a navrhuje možná řešení ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis aims to analyze possible causes and impacts of stress at the selected workplace, assess the current state, identify possible opportunities for improvement and propose suitable solutions. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the influence of stress on people, acute and chronic symptoms of stress, positive and negative stress, stress in the working environment, stressors, stress prevention and methods to reduce/raise the level of stress. The practical part looks into the level of stress of employees and stressors that influences employees of a given organization and researches the impact of stress on the working and personal life of the employees. This data evaluates the current situation and proposes possible solutions for betterment.
