Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zdanění dividend a připravovanými změnami v právní úpravě zdanění dividend v České republice. První částí práce je seznámení s problematikou akciové společnosti, akcií a příjmů z akcií. This Bachelor Thesis deals with the taxation of dividends and its prepared changes in the Czech Republic. The first part of this thesis is about joint-stock companies, shares and income from shares. Further, I analyze the taxation of dividends paid to natural and legal persons and a large space is devoted to the issues of international double taxation of dividends.
