Henry VIII. and the Establishing of the Church of England
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na nejdůležitější události v období vlády Jindřicha VIII., od jeho nástupu na trůn v roce 1509 do vzniku anglikánské církve v roce 1534. Uspořádání není chronologické nýbrž tematické s důrazem na významné politické a ekonomické události a změny v Anglii. Co nejdůsledněji také definuje postoj, který anglická společnost vůči svému panovníkovi zaujímala.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the most important events in the reign of Henry VIII., from his ascension to the English throne in 1509 to the birth of the Church of England in 1534. Its composition is not chronological but thematical with the emphasis on the important political and economical event and changes in England. It also describes the stance of the English society towards the Emperor.
