Hydroxyapatite for medical applications
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je teoretická rešerše zaměřená na hydroxyapatit, jeho vlastnosti, přípravy a medicinální vyuţití. Nejdříve je zmíněna keramika a její dělení. Dále je podrobněji rozebrán samotný hydroxyapatit a přípravy tenkých vrstev hydroxyapatitu. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na vyuţití hydroxyapatitu v medicinálních aplikacích.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is a theoretical research focused on hydroxyapatite, his properties, preparation and medical use. First, ceramics and its division are mentioned. Next, the hydroxyapatite itself in more details and the preparation of thin layers of hydroxyapatite. The last chapter is focused on the use of hydroxyapatite in medical applications.
