Budgetary determination of taxes, from the perspective of Prague and regional cities. Is the system set up fairly?

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda Praha jako region a město, nedostává více peněz, než ostatní města (především ta krajská a střední velikosti). Je vůbec pamatováno právě na "menší" krajská města z pohledu určení daní? Dostávají města jako je Olomouc, Liberec (statisícová) stejný podíl na penězích na hlavu, jako právě Praha? Budu zjišťovat, zda Praha nemá mnohem více peněz, po započtení všech specifik jako jsou spádová centra, služby navíc co města vydávají než zbytek republiky. Taktéž se zaměřím na strategickou část, kdy Praha jako hlavní město, by mohlo mít právě konkurenční výhodu nad ostatními.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether Prague as a region and a city does not receive more money than other cities (especially regional and medium-sized ones). Are the "smaller" regional cities even considered from the point of view of tax determination? Do cities like Olomouc, Liberec (hundreds of thousands) get the same share of money per head as Prague? I'm going to find out if Prague doesn't have a lot more money, after factoring in all the specifics like catchment centers, extra services what cities spend, than the rest of the country. I will also focus on the strategic part, where Prague as the capital, might just have a competitive advantage over the rest.
