Práce se zabývá problematikou porušení rozpočtové kázně, která je upravena dvěma právními předpisy. Porušení rozpočtové kázně souvisí s použitím veřejných prostředků, a to s poskytováním dotací a návratných finančních výpomocí. This work deals with a breach of budgetary discipline which is regulated by two legal regulations. The breach of budgetary discipline is related to the use of public funds and the provision of subsidies and refundable financial accommodation.
