Pocket parks and their importance in the greenery system of the city

Abstract:

Teoretická část bakalářské práce na téma Pocket parks a jejich význam v systému zeleně města popisuje, co je to Pocket parks a přikládá několik referenčních příkladů. Zaměřuje se na vysvětlení různých typů systémů městské zeleně dle různých autorů. Dále je věnována pozornost i na ekologii, konkrétně zelené, modré a šedé infrastruktuře, která území ovlivňuje. V kapitole ekologie je důležité věnovat pozornost mikroklimatu, kde je popsáno, jak je důležitá zeleň pro snížení přehřívání měst. Teoretická část dále popisuje, co je to veřejný prostor, jeho definici a typologii se zaměřením na typ parku. Analytická část bakalářské práce studuje katastrální území Zábrdovic s důrazem na pochopení urbanistického vývoje této části Brna. Z analýz současného stavu se dále vychází při navrhování systémů Pocket parks. Principy návrhu směřují k celkovému zlepšení modrozelené infrastruktury v území se zaměřením na jednotlivé Pocket parky.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis on the theme of Pocket parks and their importance in the greenery system of the city, placing coem in the Pocket Parks and attaching several reference examples. It focuses on the explanation of different systems of urban greenery according to different authors. Other green and blue infrastructures that affect the territory. In the context of ecology, microclimate attention is important where greenery is important to reduce overheating in the city. The theoretical part also focuses on public space, its definition and typology with a focus on the type of parkThe analytical part of the thesis studies the cadastral area of Zábrdovice with the risk of understanding the urban development of this part of Brno. The current state of affairs is changing when designing pocket park systems. The design principle aims at a targeted improvement of field infrastructure with a focus on other pocket parks.
