The surface integrity and its behavior during loading

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami v chování parametrů integrity povrchu během dynamického zatížení. V průběhu experimentu je sledován vliv broušení za různých řezných podmínek na určité parametry integrity povrchu. Následně jsou sledovány změny pozorovaných parametrů integrity v závislosti na zvyšujícím se počtu cyklů dynamického zatížení. V práci jsou podrobně vysvětleny postupy celého experimentu, včetně obrázků použitých přístrojů a tabulek naměřených hodnot jednotlivých parametrů. Naměřené hodnoty jsou zaznamenávány a poté vyhodnocovány dle zatěžujících cyklů. Součástí práce jsou také analýzy sledovaných parametrů integrity povrchu a jejich grafické znázornění. Tyto analýzy se podrobně věnují změnami parametrů integrity, popisem průběhů a změnami složek integrity povrchu po zatěžování. V závěru práce je popsáno celkové zhodnocení experimentu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit vliv dynamického zatížení povrchu na integritu povrchové vrstvy, zejména změny v oblasti zbytkových napětí. Analyzovat naměřené hodnoty sledovaných parametrů a určit závislost zbytkových napětí na dalších složkách integrity povrchu při zatížení.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis focuses on changes in behaviour of the integrity parameters of the surface during the dynamic load. The influence of grinding with different cutting conditions to the parameters of the surface integrity is monitored during the experiment. Subsequently changes of examinated integrity parameters are monitored in dependence on increasing number of cycles of the dynamic load. In the Diploma thesis I have thoroughly explained the procedures of the whole experiment, including the pictures of used appliances and tables of measured values of parameters. Measured values are noticed and subsequently evaluated in accordance with the cycles of dynamic load. Analysis of monitored parameters of the surface integrity and their graphic representation are also a part of the work. These analyses are closely dedicated to changes of the integrity parameters, description of the processes and the changes of components of the surface integrity after loading. In the conclusion, I summarize the experiment and evaluate it. The goal of this Diploma thesis is to find the influence of the dynamic load of the surface to the integrity of the surface layer, especially the changes in scope of the residual stress. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse measured values of the monitored parameters and establish the dependence of residual stresses to the others elements of the surface integrity within loading.
