Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the interpretation of dystopia and some of its main features in contemporary fiction in English-language literature. The chosen dystopian fiction works for the bachelor thesis are The Hunger Games trilogy (2008–2010) by Suzanne Collins, The Maze Runner trilogy (2009–2011) by James Dashner and Divergent trilogy (2010–2012) by Veronica Roth.
