Novel foods
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo podat základní informace o schválených potravinách nového typu. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace o těchto potravinách, jejich rozdělení, možný zdravotní přínos, výrobu a užití. Praktická část uvádí vyhodnocení průzkumu zabývajícího se názory respondentů na tento druh potravin.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to provide basic information about approved novel foods. The theoretical part summarizes the basic information about these foods, their distribution, possible health benefits, processing and use. The practical part presents the evaluation of research dealing with the respondents' views on this kind of food.
