Abstract:
Absolventská práce pojednává o problematice vydávání občanských průkazů a cestovních dokladů. Vymezuje historické okolnosti, charakterizuje základní pojmy a využívání občanských průkazů a cestovních dokladů, dále se zabývá přestupky a následnými sankcemi.
Abstract:
The thesis adresses the problematice of issuing identity cards and passports. It specifies historical circumstances, characterizes basic concepts and the usage of identity cards and passports. It is further concerned with offences and subsequent sanctions.
