In this thesis, primarily I deal with an employment relationship, the most common mistakes in the inception of an employment relationship with the intetion of an illegal work, the illegal work and related penalties by state agencies, as well decisions of the Ministry Labour and Social Affairs as an appellate body in the field of illegal employment.
