Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací penzijních systémů v České republice, Španělsku, Dánsku a Švýcarsku v letech 2004 a 2017. Všechny penzijní systémy jsou porovnány na základě zvolených kritérií. Všechny zmíněné penzijní systémy jsou ohroženy demografickým vývojem. V teoretické části je rozebrána teorie potřebná pro pochopení struktury a fungování jednotlivých penzijních systémů. The bachelor thesis deals with comparison of pension systems in the Czech Republic, Spain, Denmark and Switzerland from 2004 to 2017. All these pension systems are compared on the basis of selected criteria. All pension systems mentioned above are threatened by demographical development.
