Free Trade Agreement between the United Kingdom and the European Union and its implications for international law
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou dohody o volném obchodu uzavřené mezi Velkou Británií a Evropskou unií a jejími dopady na oblast duševního vlastnictví z hlediska mezinárodního práva. Dohoda, která vstoupila v platnost po odchodu Velké Británie z EU, zajišťuje obchodování mezi oběma stranami bez cel a kvót a upravuje různé aspekty obchodu, včetně duševního vlastnictví.
Abstract:
This thesis analyses the Free Trade Agreement between the United Kingdom and the European Union and its implications for intellectual property from an international law perspective. The agreement, which came into force after the UK left the EU, provides for tariff-free and quota-free trade between the two parties and regulates various aspects of trade, including intellectual property.
