Replacement of population and property changes in Plesna in 1945-1948

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce byla věnována výměně obyvatelstva a s tím souvisejícím majetkovým změnám v Plesné v letech 1945-1948. Cílem práce byl pokus o podrobný pohled na tuto pro-blematiku. Z časového hlediska je práce vymezena na jedné straně rokem 1945, kdy skončila druhá světová válka a byly zahájeny majetkoprávní změny, především konfiskace majetku oby-vatelstva německé národnosti, a na druhé straně rokem 1948, kdy byly tyto změny v zásadě dokončeny, i když se občas problémy s konfiskacemi a s následnými příděly táhly až hluboko do 50. let. Výsledkem výzkumu je předložená syntéza regionálního charakteru, jejíž závěry jsou však použitelné nejen pro mikroregion Plesné, ale rovněž pro jeho širší okolí a zobecněně pro celé pohraniční území Československa. Práce vznikla na základě archivního výzkumu archiválií, studia celostátní i regionální odborné literatury a sborníkových prací.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis was dedicated to the exchange of the citizens and the property changes connected to it in Plesná in the years 1945-1948. The aim of this piece of work was the attempt of the descriptive viewpoint on this issue. From the point of view of the time, the thesis is specified on the one hand by the year 1945, when the World War II. concluded and the property-law changes were initiated, especially the German citizens´ property confiscation, and on the other hand by the year 1948, when these changes were basically concluded. However, the occasional problems with the confiscations and the following property allocations have been continuing until the 1950s. The research result is the given synthesis of the regional character, its conclusions are usable not only for the micro-region of Plesná but also for its broader surroundings and generally for the whole borderline of the former Czechoslovakia. The thesis was written based on the archive research of the archives, the study of the national and regional technical literature and anthology works.
