Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o násilné kriminalitě mladistvých. Esenciální kapitoly pojednávají o trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých - relativní trestní odpovědnost, násilné kriminalitě mladistvých a příčinám jejího vzniku, kontrole a prevenci a trestních sankcích.
Abstract:
This thesis discusses phenomenon of violent criminality of adolescents. Essential chapter is dedicated to criminal responsibility of adolescents or more precisely- relative criminal responsibility, forensic term of violent criminality and to its aspects of its origin, control of criminality and prevention against criminality and types of sanctions for adolescents.
