Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Zdroje financování malých a středních podniků“ se v teoretické části věnuje majetkové a kapitálové struktuře. Dále se v této části věnuje zdrojům financování podniků, především je zaměřeno na leasingové a úvěrové financování. V praktické části je uvedena vybraná konkrétní společnost, kde nejdříve je popsána její majetková a kapitálová struktura a dále je přestavena nová plánovaná investice, na kterou je provedena komparace úvěrového a leasingového financování. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty získané výsledky. Cílem mé práce bylo navrhnout vhodná doporučení k případnému zlepšení postupu a způsobu financování nové plánované investice.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is „Financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises “. In the theoretical part the assets and capital structure of a company is described. This part also focuses on company’s financial resources, with main focus on leasing and credit funding. In the practical part a particular company’s assets and capital structure is examined. The new planned investment is presented on which the comparison of operating leasing and credit funding will be performed. In the conclusion the obtained results are summarized. The aim of this thesis is to propose appropriate recommendations for possible improvement of the procedure and the form of funding the new investment.
