Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou pravidel, podle nichž se tvoří státní rozpočet v České republice a v Polské republice. V první části se práce věnuje rozpočtovým pravidlům České republiky, druhá část rozebírá rozpočtová pravidla Polska. Rozpočtová pravidla jsou zde charakterizována pomocí základních institutů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with legislative rules according to which the government budget is developed in the Czech Republic and in the Republic of Poland. The first part of the thesis focuses on budget rules of the Czech Republic, the second part analyzes the budget rules in Poland. Budget rules are characterised by basic institutes.
