The Quality of Social Services for Elderly

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje možnosti a způsoby měření kvality sociálních služeb pro seniory. Obsah je strukturován do dvou hlavních oblastí: standardy kvality sociálních služeb a komunitní plánování sociálních služeb. Dále je práce zaměřená na nástroje, kterými je možné kvlaitu služeb zajišťovat tj.: řízení a lidské zdroje. Na začátku práce teoreticky definují sociální služby a jejich vývoj; charakterizují seniory a popisuji českou praxi v poskytování služeb pro seniory. Výsledky práce, stanovený cíl a vyslovenou hypotézu uvádím v závěru práce.

Abstract:

My Bachelor’s work describes the possibilities and methods of measuring the quality of social services for seniors. The content is structured into two main areas: quality standards of social services and community planning of social services. In addition the work is focused on tools with which it is possible to provide service quality i.e., management and human resources. At the beginning of the work I theoretically define social services and their development; I characterize seniors and describe Czech practice in the provision of services for seniors. The results of the work, specific goals and hypothesis defined are included in the conclusion of the work.
