Determinants of Efficiency to Handle Communication With Clients in Selected Institutions

Abstract:

The presented thesis provides an overview of the impact of the determinants´ knowledge in the field of cohesion and tension forces on the efficiency of negotiation when using different negotiation strategies, which also include a knowledge the resistance point. Therefore the aim of this work is to analyze the determinants in the field of cohesion and tension forces on the efficiency of negotiation. The research section sets out the role to determine how these factors are seen in the selected area of communication with the customer. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the theoretical basis, presents the CRM and the strategy of communication as an important factor in customer relationship management and discusses the determinants in the field of cohesion and tension forces on the efficiency of negotiation. The second chapter presents the current state, respectively the use of negotiation strategies and the selected determinants for an effective communication with clients and trends in the solving issue. The third chapter presents research through a semi-structured interview and mystery shopping at a particular institution - in the bank and at the end of the chapter it summarizes the findings and presents recommendations for practice. The work will benefit students and the general public.

Abstract:

Predkladaná záverečná práca poskytuje prehľad o vplyve poznania determinantov v oblasti kohéznych a tenzných síl na efektivitu rokovania pri využívaní rôznych stratégií jednania, ktorých súčasťou je aj poznanie bodu rezistencie. Cieľom práce je teda analýza determinantov v oblasti kohéznych a tenzných síl na efektivitu rokovania. Prieskumná časť si kladie za úlohu zistiť, ako sú vnímané uvedené faktory vo vybranej oblasti komunikácie so zákazníkom. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola pojednáva o teoretických východiskách, prezentuje CRM i stratégiu komunikácie ako významný faktor riadenia vzťahu so zákazníkom a rozoberá determinanty v oblasti kohéznych i tenzných síl na efektivitu rokovania. Druhá kapitola prezentuje súčasný stav, resp. využívanie stratégie jednania a vybraných determinantov pre efektívnu komunikáciu s klientom a trendy v riešenej problematike. Tretia kapitola predkladá prieskum prostredníctvom pološtruktúrovaného rozhovoru a mystery shoppingu v konkrétnej inštitúcii – v banke, pričom koncom kapitoly sumarizuje poznatky a prezentuje odporúčania pre prax. Práca bude prínosom pre študentov i širokú verejnosť.
