Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek, jejich zajištěním, řízením a vymáháním, zejména prostřednictvím inkasní agentury. Teoreticko-metodologická část popisuje veškeré teoretické poznatky k zajištění, řízení a následnému vymáhání pohledávek. The bachelor thesis deals with issues of receivables, their securities, manages and recoveries, in particular through the collection agency. The theoretical and methodological part describes all the theoretical knowledges to ensure the management and subsequent recoveries.
