Organisation of a personal social development festival

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the organization of the personal social development festival – Festival osobnostního rozvoje. The first part is devoted to the theoretical concepts and literature upon which the rest of the thesis is based. It compiles definitions of the fundamental concepts - management, project management, marketing or personal-and-social development. In the second part we discuss the issue of organizing the festival from the preparatory phase, through the actual implementation of the event, until the final evaluation. Finally, we provide recommendations for future years and we add a marketing plan for the upcoming event.

Abstract:

Magisterská práca sa zaoberá organizovaním Festivalu osobnostne sociálneho rozvoja. Prvá časť práce je venovaná odbornej literatúre a teoretickému základu, z ktorého sa v ďalšej časti práce vychádza. Ide o základné definície pojmov – management, projektový management, marketing či osobnostne sociálny rozvoj. V druhej časti rozoberáme problematiku organizácie festivalu cez prípravnú fázu, samotnú realizáciu festivalu až po záverečné vyhodnotenie akcie. V závere navrhujeme odporúčania do ďalších ročníkov a prikladáme marketingový plán pre ďalší ročník festivalu.
