Syndicated loans - their use in the corporate sector
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na syndikované úvěry, jejich druhy, tvorbu a právní úpravu smlouvy. V první části jsou vymezeny typy syndikovaných úvěrů, role účastníků transakce a krátká historie vyvinutí. V druhé části je podrobný rozbor standardu o syndikovaném úvěru, včetně závazků každého z účastníků. Práce končí uvedením úspěšných, již proběhlých, příkladů tohoto druhu financování.
Abstract:
My Masters degree thesis is focused on syndicated loans, their types, formation and legal regulation of contracts. The first part defines types of syndicated loan transactions, role of participants and short history of developing.
