Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem různých modifikátorů na mikrostrukturu slitiny typu Al-Si. Použité modifikátory jsou stroncium, antimon a vápník. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a požitím hliníku a jeho slitin, krystalizací slitin a způsoby modifikování. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na přípravu a odlití slitiny AlSi10CuNiMn v nemodifikovaném stavu a odlití s použitím modifikátorů o …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with influence of various modifiers on Al-Si type microstructure. The modifiers used are strontium, antimony and calcium. The theoretical part deals with the properties and ingestion of aluminum and its alloys, crystallization of alloys and modifiers. The practical part is focused on preparation and casting AlSi10CuNiMn alloy in unmodified state and casting using modifiers …more
