Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu začínajícího fitness centra. Pro zpracování projektové části je nejprve v teoretické části specifikace problematiky podnikatelského plánu a následně je zpracována část praktická, která zkoumá vnější prostředí podniku a jeho možné příležitosti a ohrožení.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for a beginning fitness center. First, there is the theoretical part, which specifies the issue of the business plan. The following is a practical part that examines the external environment of the company and possible threats or opportunities that may affect the company.
