Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice privátního bankovnictví v České republice. Na začátku práce je popsána samotná definice privátního bankovnictví, dále se věnuje nabídce jednotlivých privátních bank. V následné kapitole se zabývá způsoby obsluhy klientů v privátním bankovnictví se zaměřením na klienta privátního bankovnictví a osobu privátního bankéře a také konkrétním způsobům obsluhy klientů dvou vybraných privátních bank. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na předpokládaný vývoj privátního bankovnictví s následným návrhem zlepšení služeb pro menší privátní banku.

Abstract:

This submitted thesis is devoted to private banking in the Czech Republic. At the beginning the definition of private banking is described, also deals offered by various private banks are covered. The subsequent section discusses ways of client service in private banking with a focus on clients of the private banking and private banker persons, as well as specific ways of client services provided by two selected private banks. The last chapter focuses on the expected development of private banking followed by suggestions for client service improvements applicable for a smaller private bank.
