Conditions of urinary calculi formation
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou močových kamenů. Ty jsou tvořeny převážně vápenatými oxaláty a fosforečnany. V laboratoři byly vytvořeny nasycené roztoky vápenatých oxalátů a fosforečnanů, které simulují podmínky vzniku močových kamenů v reálné lidské moči. Pomocí kyseliny chlorovodíkové a hydroxidu sodného bylo upravováno pH roztoků v rozmezí od 4 do 8,5 (rozmezí pH lidské moči), byly odebírány …more
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with urinary stones. They consist mainly of calcium oxalate and phosphate. Solutions saturated with respect to calcium oxalate and phosphate were created in laboratory simulating conditions of urinary stones formation in real human urine. Hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide solution were used to adjust pH in the range of 4 to 8,5 (pH range of human urine). Collected samples …more
