Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní charakteristikou finančních konglomerátů. Problematika regulace a dohledu těchto skupin je velmi projednávanou záležitostí od implementace směrnice EU 2002/87/ES do českého právního řádu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the complex characteristic of financial conglomerates. The topic of regulation and supervision of these groups is very discussed since the implementation the European Directive 2002/87/EC into the Czech law.
