Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na syntézu výchozího N-pyrazolylferrocenu a jeho následné využití k ortho-metallačním reakcím. Teoretická část představuje literární rešerši na dané téma, experimentální část se věnuje popisu příprav a charakterizaci syntetizovaných sloučenin. This master thesis is focused on the synthesis of N-pyrazolylferrocene and its application in ortho-metallation. The theoretical section deals with literature review on this topic, and the experimental part describes the synthesis and characterization of prepared compounds. N-pyrazolylferrocene was subjected to palladation, acetoxymercuration, and lithiation.
