Cieľom diplomovej práce je popísať a analyzovať problematiku zamestnávania osôb so sluchovým postihnutím v Slovenskej a v Českej republike a tiež predložiť kategorizáciu zamestnaní, podľa vybraných parametrov. Práca sa zameriava najmä na fázu pred samotným nástupom do zamestnania. Práca sa delí na dve základné časti.
