The Effect of Filler Amount and Cross-linking Density on Compression Set Characteristic
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o měření trvalé deformace v tlaku, tahu a relaxaci napětí na kaučukové směsi na bázi EPDM. Sledoval se vliv množství plniva a vulkanizačního činidla. Jako plnivo byly vybrány saze N550 v koncentraci 30, 60 a 90 dsk. Koncentrace peroxidu byla 5; 7,5 a 10 dsk. Abstract:
This master thesis deals about the compression set and tension set properties of the EPDM based rubber. The effect of filler and curing agent concentration was studied. As a filler carbon black N550 was chosen in concentration 30, 60 and 90 phr. The peroxide concen-tration was 5, 7,5 and 10 phr respectively.
