Abstract:
Analyzátor PFA 100 je velmi dobrým nástrojem screeningu poruch funkce primární hemostázy. Nejčastěji je používaný u von Willebrandovy choroby, vrozeného krvácivého onemocnění, projevující se různým stupněm krvácivých projevů, ale velmi často i asymptomaticky. Abstract:
Analyzer PFA 100 is a very good screening tool for disorders of function of primary hemostasis. It is most often used for Von Willebrand disease, congenital bleeding disease , expressing various degrees of bleeding, but very often asymptomatic. Screening for disease can be prevented especially bleeding complications during surgery in a timely cure any other bleeding manifestations.
