Understanding of Tesin´s region dialect for children aged 11- 15

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou těšínského dialektu. Cílem práce je zjistit míru porozumění těšínskému dialektu u žáků 2. stupně základních škol. Úvodní kapitoly představují region Těšínska z hlediska geografického, historického, kulturního a jazykového. Dále pojednávají o jeho národnostní situaci a seznamují s několika regionálními sběrateli lidové slovesnosti. Stěžejní část bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení dotazníkové sondy mezi žáky 2. stupně ZŠ, jejímž prostřednictvím byla zjišťována zejména míra jejich porozumění místnímu nářečí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with topic of the Tesin's dialect. The aim of the thesis is to find out the degree of occurrence and understanding of the Tesin's dialect within children aged 11-15. The introductory chapters present the Tesin region in terms of geographical, historical, cultural and linguistic. They also discuss the national-linguistic situation in the region and provide a brief description of the main dialect characteristics. The main part of this bachelor thesis is understanding of Tesin's dialect in-between pupils of 11-15 years old, tested by verbal questionary.
