The Benefits of a Large Food Supplier for Gastronomy
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosy velkého dodavatele potravin pro gastronomii. První část práce se týká historie obchodu a definicí pojmů, které jsou pro tuto oblast typické. Hlavní část je zaměřena na dodavatele i odběratele, kteří se do této práce rozhodli přispět svými informacemi a názory. Třetí část se zabývá hypotézou a případným návrhům na zlepšení spolupráce mezi odběrateli a dodavateli.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the benefits of large food supplier in gastronomy. The first part takes close look at the history of commerce and defines terms that are typical for this field. The main part is focused on suppliers and purchasers, who contributed with information and opinions to this thesis.
