Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj a současnou úpravu koncentrace řízení, se kterou úzce souvisí uvádění nových důkazů a tvrzení v odvolacím řízení. Koncentrace řízení je důležitou zásadou pro uvádění důkazů a tvrzení v civilním procesu. Dále se práce zabývá odvolacím řízením a zaměřuje se na důvody, které umožňují odvolání podat. V poslední části se práce zaměřuje na možnost uvést nové důkazy a nová tvrzení v odvolacím řízení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the progress of the concentration and the issue of regulation in the current law. The concentration is closely connected to introducing new evidence and new statements in court of appeals. The concentration of proceedings is the important principle for introducing new evidence and new statements in civil proceedings. The diploma thesis is also focused on the court of appeal and its reasons for submitting the appeal. There are options when new evidence and new statements can be introduced at court of appeals in the last chapter of the diploma thesis.
