Management of domestic truck transport through group organization

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika Řízení tuzemské kamionové dopravy prostřednictvím skupinové organizace u dopravní společnosti ICOM transport a.s. Práce je rozdělena do tří různých částí. Po seznámení se se základními pojmy a teoretickými přístupy pro význam a postavení kamionové dopravy v dopravním systému veřejné nákladní dopravy je v praktické části analyzován současný stav systému řízení kamionové dopravy u společnosti ICOM transport a.s. Následuje návrh zavedení systémové organizace na podkladě řízení pomocí skupin. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné poznatky, náklady a přínosy za zavedení navržené skupinové organizace řízení kamionové dopravy, které by měly být společnosti přínosem.

Abstract:

The main topic of the thesis is the issue of The Management of the domestic truck transportation through the group organization by the transport company ICOM transport a. s. The work is divided into three different parts. After the familiarization with the basic concepts and theoretical approaches to the meaning and status of truck transportation in the transportation system of the public freight transportation, there is an analysis of the recent state of the system of the truck transportation management by the company ICOM transport a.s. in the practical part. Afterwards follows the proposal of the implementation of the system organization on the basis of the management by the means of groups. Finally, there is an evaluation of findings, costs and benefits due to the implementation of the proposed group management of the truck transportation which should be a benefit to the company.
