Abstract:

Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce je likvidace obchodní společnosti. Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou likvidace v kontextu platné právní úpravy, účinné od 1.1. 2014. Práce vymezuje samotný pojem právnické osoby včetně historického vývoje až po současnou platnou právní úpravu likvidace obchodní společnosti. Část práce se zaměřuje na představení nejrůznějších charakteristik pojmu likvidace a likvidátora obchodní společnosti. Práce se věnuje detailní analýze platné právní úpravy, jejímu hodnocení a úvahám. Text je doplněn související judikaturou.

Abstract:

The theme of the presented Bachelor´s thesis is the company´s liquidation. The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the legislation of the liquidation in the context of the current legislation effective from January 1, 2014. The thesis specifies the concept of a legal person, including historical development to the current legislation of the company´s liquidation. Part of the thesis is focused on the presentation attributes of the term of the liquidation and the liquidator of the company. The thesis is devoted to the detailed analysis of the current legislation, its evaluation and consideration. The text of the thesis is completed with the related judicature.
