Activity of the Police of the Czech Republic at the traffic accident site linked to the administrative or criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na význam ohledání místa dopravní nehody ve spojitosti s jeho dalším využitím jak pro další trestní a přestupkové řízení, nebo sloužící jako podklad pro následné podrobné znalecké zkoumání. Dále se zabývá technikou a technickými prostředky, které je možné při ohledání použít.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the importance of the inspection of the place of traffic accident in connection with its use for other criminal and infringement proceedings, or serving as a basis for subsequent detailed expert examination. Furthermore, it deals with technology and technical resources that can be used in the inspection.
