Educational efficiency of employees in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Tato práce řeší efektivitu vzdělávání zaměstnanců v České republice. Jejím cílem bylo zkoumat, jak efektivní nebo neefektivní je vzdělávání v českých firmách a co s tím lze v budoucnosti dělat. Dále se tato práce zabývá technikami, kterými lze dosahovat vyšší efektivity ve vzdělávání. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o konkrétních technikách a metodách, které byly použity v praktické části. Součástí je i doporučení pro české firmy a pro společnost Develor, která prováděla výzkum efektivity zaměstnanců v českých firmách.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the efficiency of education of employees in the Czech Republic. Its aim was to examine how effective or ineffective education in Czech companies is and what can the companies do with it in the future. Furthermore, this work deals with techniques that can help to achieve higher efficiency in education. The whole thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses the specific techniques and methods that were used in the practical part. It also includes recommendations for Czech companies and for the company Develor, which made the research on the effectiveness of employees in the Czech companies.
