Tato bakalářská práce je vypracována s cílem analyzovat konkurenceschopnost plzeňské firmy DAK cz s. r. o., vyrábějící plastová okna, dveře a poskytující doplňkové služby k nim, včetně jejich montáže a prodeje doplňků.
