The Fountain in the Courtyard of the Castle in Bučovice
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis collects and extends information about the fountain in the courtyard of the castle in Bučovice, which is precious Mannerist work. Fountain was created by sculptor Pietro Materna in 1637, based on the design of Giovanni Giacomo Tencalla. These artists are closely associated with the House of Liechtestein for which they worked. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa snaží zozbierať a doplniť informácie o fontáne na nádvorí zámku v Bučoviciach, ktorá je cenným manieristickým dielom. Fontánu vytvoril sochár Pietro Materna v roku 1637, podľa návrhov Giovanniho Giacoma Tencallu. Títo umelci sú úzko spojený s rodom Liechtesteinov, pre ktorých pracovali. Dielo je inšpirované talianskymi vzormi a fantastickosť sochárskej výzdoby ukazuje k Florencii …more
