Protection of Selected Critical Infrastructure Elements at Region Level

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ochranu prvků kritické infrastruktury ve vybraném kraji. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k problematice, legislativní rámec, bezpečnostní systém státu, infrastruktura a její ochrana. V praktické části je charakterizován vybraný kraj a základní obsah tvoří SWOT analýzy nouzového zásobování pitné vody, vodního zdroje a Check list analýza hasičského záchranného sboru. Na konci práce jsou shrnuty návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the protection of critical infrastructure elements in the chosen region. The thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical section there are explained the basic concepts related to the issue, the legislative framework, the state security system, its infrastructure and protection. In the practical part the selected region is characterized and the basic content consists of SWOT analyses of the emergency drinking water supply, water resource and Check list analysis of the fire rescue system. At the end of the work there are summarized suggestions and recommendations for improving of the current situation.
