Predkladaná práca je výsledkom štúdia problematiky obchodnej spoločnosti medzi jej založením a vznikom. Jej snahou nie je byť vyčerpávajúcou prácou o tejto problematike, ale aspoň pomôckou pre tých, ktorí sa zaujímajú o otázky súvisiace s predbežnou spoločnosťou.
