Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou zvyšovania ochrany voči phishingovým útokom. Popisuje jednotlivé typy phishingu, ktoré na vykonanie útoku využívajú e-maily. Obsahuje rešerš vybraných existujúcich nástrojov na tréning proti phishingu, ktoré zároveň využívajú prvky gamifikácie pre zvýšenie efektivity tréningu.
